A Global Market !

The Canadian Market

Over 25,000 print and digital edition copies of the Canadian Tourism Resource Guide are distributed across Canada to travel agents and tour operators. It will be distributed in the Spring of 2010 with Canadian Travel Press, Canada's best known travel trade magazine. Every significant tour operator in Canada will receive a copy and in its pages will find ideas and inspiration for future packaged holidays that may ultimately be featured in their own brochures. Baxter Travel Media will also display the Canadian Tourism Resource Guide throughout  2010 and early 2011 at scores of travel trade and consumer shows and functions at which we participate and exhibit annually, assuring the guide of the maximum exposure to the travel trade and through them to the travelling public.

The Canadian Tourism Resource Guide

With information ranging from lighthouse tours to new aboriginal tours to festivals and cultural events throughout the country, the 2010/11 Canadian Tourism Resource Guide will include the following:

Thematic sections: cuisine, heritage, gardening, arts, festivals, aboriginal programs, ecotourism, sports tourism and more.
Detailed contact information on individuals and companies providing such services within each category.
Introductory information outlining what each section of the CTRG includes and instructions on how to make the most of the Guide.

The Guide is produced in three formats: print, digital and online (keyword searchable). The Digital Edition, while visually identical to the Print Edition, is environmentally friendly. The Digital Edition also allows all staff in an office access to their own copy regardless of their country of residence. The Online edition is keyword searchable and available to both the travel trade and the consumer. Information in the Online Edition can be updated as required throughout the year.
